Atlas Ready is a registered business name operated by a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia.

Atlas Ready's standard digital Products do not generally require Customers to provide Atlas Ready with sensitive information about NDIS participants, including health information, disability information or detailed participant records.
Customers should not submit participant health information, disability information, case notes or other sensitive participant information to Atlas Ready unless Atlas Ready has specifically requested that information for a legitimate purpose and it is lawful and appropriate to provide it.
Operational templates purchased from Atlas Ready may subsequently be used by a Customer to record information within the Customer's own organisation.
Information that a Customer enters into downloaded resources and stores within its own systems is generally controlled by that Customer rather than Atlas Ready, unless the information is subsequently provided to Atlas Ready.
Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate privacy and information-handling practices within their own organisations.
5. How We Collect Personal Information
We may collect personal information directly from you when you:
- visit or use the Website;
- place an order;
- purchase or access a Product;
- complete a checkout, contact or enquiry form;
- create or use a customer account, where available;
- communicate with us by email or another channel;
- request customer support;

Atlas Ready retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required for legitimate business, legal, taxation, accounting, transaction, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes.
